All shipments whether domestic or international are shipped within 1-2 business days. If for any reason we are on vacation, all customers will be notified of any delays in shipment of orders.

All shipping costs domestic/international are calculated based on your location. If you chose to ship via UPS or FedEx, we would be glad to offer a shipping quote via email.

Domestic Shipping:
All packages shipped domestically are sent via USPS Priority Mail and are insured. Packages sent this way come with tracking.

International Shipping:
We are happy to offer 3 methods of shipping for international packages. First class will only apply to packages valued at $400 or less, and 4 pounds or less including packaging.

USPS First Class Mail International:
Most cost efficient way to ship smaller packages. This method IS NOT covered by insurance. Buyer holds ALL liability for any package/packages when they are lost, damaged, or stolen.

USPS Priority Mail International:
Very reliable way to ship packages internationally. Includes insurance for value of contents up to maximum value allowed in buyer’s specific country.

USPS Express Mail International:
Fastest, safest, and most reliable way to ship internationally with USPS. Includes insurance for value of contents up to maximum value allowed in buyer’s specific country.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Many countries have different rules for importing goods. Any and all tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes that incur from import of a Shipment from Alan’s Quality Minerals LLC is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Alan’s Quality Minerals cannot provide estimates for these possible costs. All customers are suggested to contact their local customs office for further information regarding these possible fees and regulations. All buyers will be responsible for these fees accessed on the full value of the package.

PURCHASE NOTICE:
Shipping Calculator on the “cart” page is an estimate and not the final shipping cost. It is for the customer to view how much shipping might be.
On the “checkout” page an accurate zip code must be put into place in order for the shipment to reach you. Any incorrect zip codes will be subject of a charge to reimburse Alan’s Quality Minerals.

If shipping is not selected by the buyer, the cheapest selection will be the default and charged on the PayPal page.

Shipping is the responsibly of the buyer and will be seen on all purchases.

At Alan’s Quality Minerals LLC we strive for customer happiness. In any event in which a customer is not happy with their purchase/purchases we are happy to provide a full refund (less all shipping fees). You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it.

Any package/packages being returned can be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL fully insured. We strongly encourage buyers to use original packaging, unless previously damaged in shipment.

All specimens being returned must include the original label/labels that were shipped with the piece originally. If the labels are not included, the refund can not be processed.

Specimens that are returned and arrived damaged that were not previously damaged will only be refunded for their current perceived value (perceived value is determined by Alan’s Quality Minerals LLC).

Insurance Claims:
In the unfortunate event of a package being lost, damaged, or stolen and it is insured we will process the claim with usps as quickly as possible. Once the claim is paid, the buyer will receive the funds refunded in the same manner in which they paid.

If the specimen is damaged, please provide pictures and send them to aqminerals@yahoo.com. In the event a damaged item is only partially refunded the buyer has the option to keep the specimen and partial refund, or return the specimen to the address listed on the contact page and receive a full refund less all shipping fees. Any packages that don’t arrive to the address listed below for any reason will not be refunded. All returns can be sent to

In the event the buyer would rather have a merchandise credit for future purchases we would be glad to provide the buyer a credit for the full purchase price of the item (less return shipping).

Personal Check/Money Order:
